it is not adding up

Negativity.  This word is probably not the best choice for starting a post but I cannot help to think how it seems to be swallowing up our generation.  Sarcasm.  If I could put to death this act I would because of all the weightless words it carries.  If our tongue speaks life and death, why waste breathe on words that only pollute the atmosphere in which we walk.  Complaining.  This action is of great familiarity to us all.  The very definition of the word states that it is caused from dissatisfaction.  If we are dissatisfied, then fix it.  Do something about it other than sitting around being negative and throwing weightless words through sarcasm.

We have no right to say any of these things.  It is not always that we place ourselves into where we are, but it is us who decides to stay there.  How can we ever make our dreams reality if we are stuck in yesterdays muck?  We cannot.

It is impossible to go forward when we are so focused on yesterday.

I believe that fear plays a big role in this.  If we were not afraid of our future, we would run relentlessly towards it.  But I think there is a greater problem with humans and our future.  I firmly believe that we are far to afraid to identify who we truly are.  When we know who we are, then we can walk boldly towards our dreams and future.

There is something more to it though.  When we are confident in ourselves, we begin to genuinely encourage other people.  They no longer seem like threats, but fellow comrades to save the world with us.

When we know who we are, negativity just seems wasteful, sarcasm is pointless, and complaining does not happen because we are working towards accomplishing dreams.  When we truly know who we are, we carry ourselves like the ambassadors of the Kingdom we are from.

We are ambassadors from the Kingdom of God and there is Light in us that is awaiting its birth...
